Craig L. Burnsed
Craig L. Burnsed received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1993. He graduated magna cum laude and was selected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar that same year.
Mr. Burnsed practices in civil litigation, including primarily property disputes, contract and business disputes, family law, and estate litigation. In addition, he has an active transactional practice focusing on estate administrations, contract law, real estate law, and the representation of small businesses and corporations.
Mr. Burnsed practiced law in his native Savannah before joining the firm in 1998. Mr. Burnsed is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Paulding County Bar Association, serving a term as President in 2004. Mr. Burnsed is active in the Paulding Chamber of Commerce, having served on its Board of Directors from 2002-2005, and having served as Chairman of the Board in 2004-2005.
